2016 was a rocky year for me. I held about 4 different jobs in the same year, along with my now ex-wife having two. When we filed, I neglected to include two short term W-2s since I never received them, and an HSA form from a HSA that I had in my prior job. I now owe $2,400 to the IRS, even though I submitted what was missed to them, they still didn't deduct anything. What should I do now?

I want to have it paid ASAP, but I want to make the best decisions before proceeding with all of that money to the IRS. My goal is to have this resolved before I file my 2020 taxes.
