So, like so many others, my hours are being cut due to COVID, lack of childcare, etc. I tried to file for unemployment last week but I'm being denied since back in 2014 they wanted an identity verification. Social, drivers license type thing. Well, when I look, there's a section that says it's been resolved or approved or whatever. But I can still see what they want. And it's still getting me denied.

Do I just sit on hold for an hour and wait to ask if they still need that? Especially since it was from 6 years ago?
