Hey everyone. Sorry if this is the wrong thread but I am having trouble finding a solution so feel free to point me in the right direction.
I just moved to a new residence for my job and was trying to set up an account with Ally for an online savings account. After submitting my application, they stated they needed more information containing legal documentation. The problem seems to be that they cannot verify my address. Obviously none of these documents have my address yet, so any thoughts on what I should do? Has anyone had similar problems with this?
